Hey everyone,
I am checkin in from Arizona where I am putting finishing touches on new videos here at midnight. It has been a busy week around Phoenix, and not to mention temperatures over 110º. It’s ridiculous.
I am appearing on two different television shows that air live in Phoenix. (AZTV and ABC 15)
It has been an intense week, and one of the interviews ran live on Friday morning to all of Phoenix which included a few hundred thousand viewers!

Under the video you will see the different segments that aired.
My segment is labeled… 8/24: Sonoran Living Segment 6
One of the points that I touched on in this interview was “FEAR”. Fear is the most powerful feeling that will alter your business and life. Have you ever seen the sign that reads….”Dance as if nobody were watching, and sing as if nobody were listening”.
Wow, if you could live by these words in all aspects of your life… what would change?
What would you be doing if it weren’t for the fears holding you back? Where would you be?
As you can see in the diagram below, fear is the BIGGEST obstacle between the average joe and the successful business owner. The business aspects can all be learned, but are you willing to go for it?
Look, the step between average and success is very small, but “the Great Wall of Fear” is the only thing standing in your way.

You are absolutley right on the money about fear Dave. In fact one of the most liberating thoughts I have learned about fear is that 90% of what we fear is never going to happen anyway but we react as if it’s already happened. Ninty percent of the time fear is just (FEAR) “Flase Evidence Appearing Real.” Reminding myself of that helps me gain perspective when I need it the most.

Thanks for the comment..
Once fear gets a hold of you, it will shake your mind, body, and life into a tailspin. As soon as you feel that first negative thought pop into your mind, replace it with your final goal. Replace it with that image of you at the “top of the mountain”.
Have a great day!

Dave, can you talk about profitability? Curious to know what you see either in your business or other eBay businesses what the profitability can be with micro niches. I know 2.5 M is a big number but what can take home be? You don’t have to use your specific business, just an better idea for when you make $350k, how much was in profit. THanks,
